It was there that I was introduced to Getting to Yes, interest-based negotiation, the Program on Negotiation at the Harvard Law School and the work of William Ury. It changed my life and set me on my life’s work path. I am very grateful to William Ury, to all of it. I have had a wonderful and meaningful run of things and still have a lot of juice in me to keep going. William has been a source of great inspiration to me, as he has been to so many.
Ury has just come out with another great book, POSSIBLE: How we Survive (and Thrive) in an Age of Conflict. I want to make sure you know about (if you don't already).
